Front desk got their afternoons back

Our front desk used to spend three or four hours a day on routine scheduling and confirmation calls. The Synthflow agent handles confirmations, reschedules, basic insurance questions. We still have a human pick up complicated calls but the volume is way down. New patient acquisition was a separate workflow we built and it does that too. Worth the subscription.

Actions vs workflows is confusing

The product has both 'actions' and 'workflows' and the distinction is never really explained in the docs. We accidentally configured the same logic in both, which broke our scheduling integration for a week. Support helped us untangle it but a clearer information architecture would prevent this. Otherwise the agent works fine for routine confirmation calls.

Right product for the agency model

Verified

We deliver voice agents to mid market clients across Germany and Austria. Synthflow is the only platform in this tier with serious compliance documentation — ISO 27001 actually matters for our procurement conversations. The white label tier let us launch under our own brand inside of a quarter. Support has been responsive in English even when our clients write in German.

Zapier integration broke without notice

Verified

Lead routing into our CRM was working fine for about three months then suddenly the Zapier handoff stopped firing. No notification, no changelog entry we could find. Spent a couple days debugging on our end before we figured out it was a Synthflow side change. Got back online but I dont have great confidence the integration is stable. Watching it closely.

Hit a wall on multi-location routing

Verified

Worked great when we ran it for a single shop. Adding the other four locations meant we needed routing logic by zip code and the templating couldnt do it cleanly without custom workflows. We made it work, but probably should of priced in a developer day to set up. For the single location operators reading this — its a strong fit. For multi-site, plan for the lift.
